This episode of City Sleuth finds us back at the Saskatchewan Science Centre, where I am constantly amazed at all the cool & unusual stuff they do! This time, Sheila; Biology & Environmental Science Coordinator, tooks us to meet some special critters they have at the Centre. Petey, a new resident ferret, was my personal favorite as he is just bursting with personality and curiosity. He’s also a bit of a ham, for a ferret, in mugging for our camera! The Science Centre has a whole section devoted to animals where kids of all ages can learn & interact with everything from Petey to cold blooded critters like a bearded dragon and Gizmo, a friendly Leopard Gecko who even likes to be stroked under his chin! Honest!

So head down to the Saskatchewan Science Centre to meet all of these cute & friendly critters as well as the others who live there. Also don’t forget to check out the Titanic Exhibit before March 4th! Take the family, take a date, take yourself but GO!
