I love this episode because I love good food and so do the folks down at Beer Bros on Scarth Street. I met with Chef Malcolm Craig, who showed me how they do their most awesome corned beef for the hot Reuben sandwich. What I love about Beer Bros is the attention to detail and the freshness of the food. They make their French Fries by hand (and they are addictive!) make their own beet ketchup, stout mayonnaise and their own bread. I wish there was a way that you could smell how good that smoky corned beef is – oh wait, there is! Get yourself down to Beer Bros Deli and get your own sandwich! Then come back after work with your pals & hang out in the pub to enjoy their beers on tap & great pub food.
